We lease by the property only. What that means to our occupants is that everyone on the lease will be jointly liable for the lease.

Our places are not furnished. You will be moving into a clean, empty house. This is the way you should leave the house at the end of your lease.
It is very important to know who you will be renting the house with. Since one check will be sent to us for rent payments you will have to appoint someone to collect all the other roommates checks and deposit them into your account and then write one check to us. This is one way you will be able to know if your roommates are keeping up with their rent payments. Remember, all are responsible for the other when renting as a group.
